Characteristic of DOP Taleggio Elit  it’s a thin crust of natural soft pink color consistency, compact white-straw-colored pasta and a sweet and aromatic flavor with a slight acidic acid.

 

A very high energetic cheese, rich of proteins, minerals salt, A and B2 vitamins, and well balance with calcium and phosphorus. DOP Taleggio is easily digestible, especially if long maturing.
